Lead Clara's capital markets function in Latin America.

• •Lead Clara's capital markets function, structuring and managing debt facilities, lender relationships, and investor communications to support growth across Latin America.
• •Key Responsibilities Structure, negotiate and execute debt facilities (asset-backed, venture debt, revolvers).
• •Build financial models to evaluate funding alternatives and forecast cash flows.
• •Manage lender relationships and prepare investor materials and reporting.
• •Monitor market and macro trends to inform financing strategy.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic finance and new geography/product funding.
• •Requirements 8-10+ years in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or buyside roles.
• •Experience with debt structuring, financial modeling, and investor relations.
• •Startup/fintech experience in LatAm is a plus.
• •Ability to work cross-functionally with treasury, risk, product, and engineering.
