About the role

Drive B2B marketing and content strategy for Pair Team.

  • The Director will own Pair Team's commercial B2B marketing and content strategy to drive pipeline, market expansion, and brand authority across health plans, health systems, and state partners.
  • Key Responsibilities Translate growth and commercial strategy into KPI-driven B2B marketing roadmaps and campaigns.
  • Develop B2B messaging playbook and conduct competitive intelligence to inform positioning.
  • Lead RFP/RFI/proposal development, sales enablement, and conference/event strategy.
  • Build content strategy across blog, social, video, and thought leadership to drive SEO and earned media.
  • Manage CRM/marketing automation workflows for pipeline nurture (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Requirements Proven experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, and commercial enablement.
  • Strong SEO and content production capabilities with editorial and social strategy experience.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Clinical, and Partnerships teams.
  • Ability to manage external agencies and execute webinars, newsletters, and events.
