Senior Staff Technical Program Manager

Lead complex software test automation and flight test operations for defense-tech autonomy software.

• •As a Technical Program Manager at Shield AI, you will ensure the quality of Hivemind Enterprise, a software development kit for creating next-generation unmanned systems.
• •You will lead on-time, on-quality software releases by managing complex software test automation projects and flight test operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex software releases for the Hivemind Enterprise platform.
• •Lead initiatives for rigorous simulation-based test automation for autonomy software.
• •Manage large complex test operations from CI through HIL and flight test.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• •Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• •Requirements B.S. in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Engineering Management, or Software Test Engineering.
• •Experience driving testing of complex software and integrated HW/SW systems.
• •Proven track record of driving results and optimizing the software development lifecycle.
