About the role

Drive revenue growth and launch new insurance products for SMEs.
- •We are looking for an exceptional Lead Country Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth from existing Insurance products, launch new products, and lead external go-to-market strategies.
- •You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product performance, uncover opportunities, and deliver on revenue targets.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and forecast revenue for Insurance products, ensuring accountability and identifying risks/opportunities.
- •Analyze member behavior and performance data to provide actionable recommendations for product, pricing, and communication strategies.
- •Partner with Product teams to shape product positioning, growth, and UX, supporting successful product launches with tailored GTM strategies.
- •Lead new product launches, collaborating with sales and operations teams to deliver best-in-class experiments.
- •Manage commercial and competitor intelligence to inform strategies and strengthen Tide's value proposition.
- •Requirements Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in driving commercial impact and identifying opportunities for improvement. 5+ years of experience leading 'always on' activity to drive commercial performance, ideally in Insurance or a fintech environment.
- •Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable plans.
- •Proven Go-to-Market track record with high-impact omni-channel campaigns.
- •Exceptional project management skills to manage multiple launches in a fast-moving environment.
