- •You'll own the platform vision, drive design of a reusable fiscal integration framework, and lead the Crew PM.

- •Restructure the roadmap within 90 days.
- •Lead the Crew PM and manage Senior PM.
- •Partner with the Product Compliance Leader.
- •Requirements Track record of platform-level product strategy.
- •Experience building the investment case for foundational engineering work.
- •Ability to drive architectural alignment with Engineering.
- •Comfortable operating in domains you're still learning.
- •Strong written and verbal communication in English.
