• •a smart, site-safe headset/hardhat
• •but we implement it on projects, utilising the power of AR to ensure that all schemes are completed in line with the delivery timescales and budgets.
• •XYZ has grown to over 100 staff across the UK, US & Europe and is working with Mission Critical organisations & construction companies to successfully deliver major projects.
• •The Role As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own and shape key experiences across our XR headset and web platform.
• •You’ll create tools used in high-pressure construction environments, where clarity, speed, and accuracy directly impact cost and delivery.
• •You’ll turn complex BIM and construction workflows into intuitive, effective experiences, connecting planning in the office with execution on site.
• •You’ll lead design from early discovery through to delivery, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Hardware teams.
• •This is a hands-on role with significant influence over product direction, interaction paradigms, and how spatial computing is applied in practice.
