  • The Partner Sales Manager will recruit, onboard, and manage strategic consulting partners to drive pipeline, revenue, and delivery in the western US region, working cross-functionally to accelerate deals and customer success.
  • Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional partner business plans to hit pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and scale strategic consulting partners and manage joint business plans.
  • Drive pipeline generation via joint account planning, co-marketing, and partner-led sales motions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consulting, Services, Marketing and Partner Excellence to accelerate deals.
  • Monitor partner health, certifications, adoption, and performance.
  • Requirements 6+ years in alliance/partner sales, technology sales, BD, or consulting services.
  • Proven experience scaling partnerships with systems integrators and SaaS companies.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience building partner go-to-market strategies and incentive programs.
