- •CoreWeave is seeking a Demand Planner to ensure seamless alignment between customer needs and our cloud infrastructure capacity.
- •This role involves managing the customer pipeline and anticipating demand to address infrastructure availability challenges.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain demand forecasts for cloud infrastructure resources.
- •Align capacity planning with sales projections to ensure infrastructure availability.
- •Work with engineering and operations teams to optimize supply/demand matching.
- •Track forecast accuracy and demand variances, making data-driven adjustments.
- •Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements in demand planning workflows.
- •Requirements 3-7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or capacity planning.
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- •Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting models and data visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar).
- •Ability to make recommendations in an ambiguous environment.
- •Familiarity with cloud infrastructure components (compute, storage, networking).
