About the role
TL;DR
Build and operate AI infrastructure at Fluidstack.
- •Join Fluidstack to build civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.
- •You'll own the observability platform, define the API surface for infrastructure, and build the production control plane.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the observability platform and build data pipelines.
- •Design and build the API surface for infrastructure.
- •Build the production control plane with unified machine management.
- •Ensure fleet state as source of truth matches reality.
- •Land new hardware into the platform cleanly.
- •Requirements Treat toil as a bug and build things that don't require human intervention.
- •Design APIs that age well and avoid leaky abstractions.
- •Move toward ambiguity and build maps to explain complex systems.
- •Learn at a steep slope and reach competence in unfamiliar domains quickly.
- •Carry a pager and handle incidents, postmortems, and systemic fixes.
- •Fluent with AI tooling and drive AI coding tools daily.
- •Experience shipping production services at scale and comfortable in any language.
