About the role
Build and manage the sales pipeline for Italy from the ground up.
- •Build the top of the funnel for Italy from scratch as the first sales hire in the seat.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the initial point of contact to prospects in a brand-new market Utilize email, phone, and other creative channels to reach prospective clients Build and iterate on the outbound playbook from scratch Track sales activity using Salesforce and other software tools Overcome objections, pitch the value proposition, and move prospects forward in the sales process Requirements 2+ years of XDR/BDR/SDR experience in a high-growth startup environment Experience launching outbound into a new vertical, new market, or new product Strong cold-calling chops (SMB experience is a big plus) Comfort operating without a playbook Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
