Lead site facilities and maintenance operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- •As the Senior Site Services Manager, you will lead all aspects of facilities and maintenance operations across the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment.
- •You'll oversee building and equipment maintenance, contractor and vendor relationships, budgets, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the Facilities & Maintenance team to achieve outstanding performance.
- •Oversee the day-to-day operation of site facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing working environment.
- •Manage and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
- •Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- •Champion a culture of Food Safety and Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and recognised standards.
- •Requirements Proven experience in facilities and maintenance management, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
- •Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facilities operations.
- •Experience managing maintenance budgets, projects, and contractors to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions.
- •Solid understanding of health & safety legislation, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
- •A continuous improvement mindset, using data and insights to drive operational excellence.
