• •Key Responsibilities Partner with Engineering and Product leads on key initiatives across multiple product areas.
• •Improve processes and streamline collaboration across teams and geographies.
• •Apply Agile methodologies to improve delivery and coordination.
• •Drive quarterly planning and execution, managing scope, risks, and dependencies.
• •Lead engineering programs and product initiatives across the portfolio.
• •Requirements 7+ years of experience, with 3 years as a TPM supporting a high-growth SaaS product.
• •Strong Jira aptitude and understanding of engineering management platforms.
• •Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS).
