About the role

Build and manage sales enablement programs for a growing GTM team.

  • This is Flex's first dedicated Sales Enablement hire, responsible for building enablement programs from scratch for a rapidly growing GTM team.
  • You will leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, program efficiency, and personal output.
  • Key Responsibilities Design and own end-to-end onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for AEs, BDRs, and partnerships roles.
  • Develop and maintain a living sales playbook and content library, including battle cards and objection-handling guides.
  • Champion a consistent sales methodology and partner with RevOps to align Salesforce stages and dashboards with actual sales processes.
  • Own the sales enablement workstream for new product launches and partner with RevOps on sequence strategy and outbound tooling.
  • Define and own core enablement KPIs and report on program effectiveness to sales leadership.
  • Requirements 4-6 years in sales enablement or a related role, ideally with fintech experience.
  • Proven track record of building enablement programs from scratch in a high-growth, resource-constrained environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, and hands-on experience with an LMS or knowledge management platform.
