• •Preply is seeking a Supply Operations Projects Lead to drive high-priority strategic initiatives across the Supply organization.
• •This role involves turning ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear plans and measurable results, working autonomously and influencing senior stakeholders.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional Supply initiatives spanning monetization, performance, and compliance.
• •Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects across multiple teams.
• •Improve Supply operations by building stronger processes and operating models.
• •Assess impact, shape recommendations, and support decision-making using data.
• •Requirements 6-8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, or similar roles.
• •Strong program and project leadership skills to drive ambiguous work.
• •Excellent stakeholder management and influence capabilities.
