- •Ontic is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their growing team.
- •This role will focus on identifying new accounts, responding to inbound leads, and qualifying opportunities to support the outside sales team.
- •Key Responsibilities Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities.
- •Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
- •Develop partnerships with Sales and Marketing teams.
- •Meet or exceed quotas for calls and first-touch emails.
- •Set meetings for the Sales team when leads are qualified.
- •Requirements 1+ year of experience as a BDR/SDR.
- •Exceptional communication, listening, and phone presence skills.
- •Experience in Account-Based Everything (ABE/ABM) and MQL environments.
