  • Ontic is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their growing team.
  • This role will focus on identifying new accounts, responding to inbound leads, and qualifying opportunities to support the outside sales team.
  • Key Responsibilities Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Develop partnerships with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Meet or exceed quotas for calls and first-touch emails.
  • Set meetings for the Sales team when leads are qualified.
  • Requirements 1+ year of experience as a BDR/SDR.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and phone presence skills.
  • Experience in Account-Based Everything (ABE/ABM) and MQL environments.
