Staff Engineer - Product Security

Lead the design and automation of product security systems, enabling secure development practices.

• •Faire is seeking a Staff Engineer to join their Product Security team.
• •This role will focus on designing and automating security systems across Faire's application stack to enable product engineers to build securely by default.
• •You will be a senior technical contributor driving security initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of reusable security frameworks for authentication, authorization, secrets management, and data protection.
• •Architect and automate security controls within development and deployment pipelines.
• •Partner with engineering leaders to influence system design and architecture decisions.
• •Requirements Deep expertise in software security architecture and engineering.
• •Strong programming skills in multiple languages (e.g., Kotlin, Python, TypeScript, Java, or Go).
• •Proven track record of technical leadership in security initiatives.
