Director of Product Design

Lead and grow Talkiatry's product design team.

• •Lead and grow Talkiatry's product design team while contributing hands-on to consumer-facing products including booking flows, patient portal, provider software, and internal tools.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and expand a team of product designers.
• •Own end-to-end design across patient and provider experiences.
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams.
• •Establish and maintain design systems in Figma.
• •Use data and user research to inform design decisions.
• •Requirements 9+ years of product design experience with consumer product portfolio. 3+ years of people management experience.
• •Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design system management.
• •Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• •Interest in applying AI to design workflows.
