  • Key Responsibilities Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce, HubSpot, and GTM systems.
  • Manage lead routing, account ownership, and territory rules.
  • Support the opportunity lifecycle: creation, stage management, forecasting hygiene, and closed-won processes.
  • QA inbound and outbound activity tracking (calls, emails, meetings) to ensure clean attribution.
  • Own the sales tools and work cross-functionally to enable the sales team to increase metrics.
  • Requirements 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related GTM roles (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Proficiency with ChiliPiper (or similar booking/routing software) and Outreach (or similar sequences softwares) is a must.
  • Experience or familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or Looker is a strong plus.
