• •We're looking for a Credit Policy Expert to help define and evolve Clara's credit strategy as we continue to scale across Latin America.
• •Key Responsibilities Own and maintain Clara's credit approval policies and limit-setting frameworks for corporate clients across LatAm Define segmentation criteria and risk appetite thresholds by market, product, and client profile Partner with Data Science to develop and improve origination scorecards and behavioral models Lead credit policy reviews driven by portfolio performance data, economic signals, and product changes Work cross-functionally to ensure credit policies align with business objectives Requirements Strong analytical skills and experience in credit risk management Proven track record in developing and implementing credit policies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
