• •Key Responsibilities Lead the development of population health analytics and dashboards that identify opportunities in cost, quality, and utilization.
• •Conduct analyses to pinpoint care gaps, high-cost drivers, and variation across populations and providers.
• •Translate complex data into actionable strategies that guide clinical and operational priorities.
• •Requirements 5+ years in population health, medical economics, managed care, or healthcare analytics.
• •Strong understanding of claims data, cost/utilization modeling, and quality measurement frameworks (e.g., HEDIS, Stars, MLR).
• •Proven ability to translate data insights into operational programs.
