Staff Software Engineer, GRC Platform

Build the GRC platform, integrating data and automating compliance processes using LLMs.

• •Anthropic is seeking an experienced software engineer to build the platform for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
• •This role involves integrating data from various systems to create automated checks, real-time dashboards, and evidence for decision-making and compliance obligations.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and build data pipelines to aggregate risk, control, and asset information.
• •Build and maintain integrations with cloud infrastructure, identity management, HRIS, and other systems.
• •Translate policies into policy-as-code for automated checks and continuous monitoring.
• •Develop agentic workflows using LLMs for evidence collection and analysis.
• •Requirements 8+ years of experience building backend systems, data pipelines, or internal platforms.
• •Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages, and experience with cloud platforms.
• •Depth in integration engineering or data infrastructure.
• •Experience building with LLMs and designing agentic workflows.
