• •Key Responsibilities Own the month-end and quarter-end close process Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations Produce monthly financial statements and supporting management reports Serve as the primary internal point of contact for our first financial audit Coordinate with the fractional CFO on financing events, board materials, and strategic planning Requirements 5-8 years of accounting experience Prior public accounting experience (CPA or CPA-eligible) Hands-on experience preparing for, or supporting a financial statement audit Proficiency with QuickBooks Online Strong working knowledge of GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606) and equity compensation accounting
