• •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve Neko's physical design standards across EMEA.
• •Lead concept development and design direction for new location rollouts.
• •Translate Neko's brand and experience principles into physical environments.
• •Partner with Project Managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver cohesive spaces.
• •Build and contribute to Neko's Location Design Playbook for international expansion.
• •Requirements 8+ years of experience in architecture, design management, or a related role.
• •Strong creative design skills with high attention to detail.
• •Demonstrated experience managing cross-disciplinary design teams and external consultants.
