• •Key Responsibilities Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of client programs.
• •Own and manage senior client relationships for enterprise and institutional customers.
• •Act as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests internally.
• •Engage clients to identify needs, shape service opportunities, and sell Blockstream’s services.
• •Drive account planning, pipeline development, and service expansion across assigned clients.
• •Requirements 7-10 years of experience in client management, account management, consulting, or service sales roles within fintech, financial services, or technology infrastructure.
• •Proven success managing and growing enterprise or institutional client accounts.
• •Strong experience selling and managing professional services, platform services, or complex technology solutions.
• •Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
