• •ClickHouse is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to establish workflows and systems for its Product Management organization.
• •Key Responsibilities Own and improve the PM tooling stack including Linear, GitHub, and Notion.
• •Build automations and integrations across these tools.
• •Translate company priorities into structured projects in Linear.
• •Partner with PM and engineering leads to map priorities to team capacity.
• •Establish repeatable processes for new initiatives across the product lifecycle.
• •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in product operations or a related role.
• •Hands-on proficiency with Linear, GitHub, and Notion.
• •Experience building automations or integrations to solve operational problems.
• •Comfortable working with metrics and data.
