Drives revenue and brand execution through partner-operated retail channels.
- •The Partner Channel Manager owns the commercial performance, growth, and execution of Mejuri’s partner-operated retail channels globally.
- •This role serves as the single-threaded leader for key concession and franchise partnerships, accountable for revenue, margin, and door productivity while ensuring premium brand execution in partner environments.
- •Key Responsibilities Own P&L performance across all concession and franchise partners, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and door productivity.
- •Develop and execute annual and long-range partner channel strategies aligned to Mejuri’s global growth and brand objectives.
- •Lead joint business planning, performance reviews, and commercial governance with partners.
- •Requirements Ensure partners are aligned to Mejuri’s brand, operational, and customer experience standards.
- •Navigate complex, nuanced partner dynamics with high EQ and strong influence.
- •Translate partner strategy into clear, executable plans across Retail Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Expansion, and Fulfillment.
