Software Engineer to build AI systems and internal tooling for a fast-growing voice AI company.
- •Retell AI is seeking ambitious Software Engineers for its Founders Initiatives team to design and build internal and external AI systems.
- •You will own real projects from day one, working directly with experienced engineers and founders to solve hard operational and AI challenges.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and build production-grade AI workflows, automations, and AI agent systems.
- •Ship code to production and directly impact company operations and customer experience.
- •Collaborate with founders and experienced engineers on high-priority opportunities.
- •Potentially work with enterprise customers to design AI solutions and build integrations.
- •Focus on building AI systems, internal tooling, and infrastructure to help Retell scale.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- •Must have already graduated; not considering candidates still completing a degree.
- •Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- •Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
