• •Key Responsibilities Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs end-to-end.
• •Own and optimize the Arena PLM ecosystem.
• •Coordinate cross-functional development and validation activities.
• •Communicate program status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
• •Requirements Experience leading NPI programs.
• •Proficiency in PLM systems and change management.
• •Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
