• •Replit is seeking a GTM AI Operations Lead, Sales to drive AI and automation within their Go-To-Market strategy.
• •This role involves building AI-driven systems to enhance sales operations and provide actionable insights.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI-powered automations across the sales cycle.
• •Ensure data integrity and trustworthiness within CRM systems.
• •Partner with sales leadership to identify and resolve bottlenecks through automation.
• •Integrate and orchestrate the GTM tech stack with AI agents.
• •Build internal tooling to deliver AI insights to sales teams.
• •Requirements 5-7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems, with enterprise sales support experience.
