Optimize impact and foster relationships with stakeholders as an Executive Business Partner Program Manager.

• •The Executive Business Partner Program Manager partners with E/ABPs to optimize their impact and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
• •Key Responsibilities Partner with E/ABP Lead and other managers to lead and nurture the global E/ABP community.
• •Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage the E/ABP community’s capacity and determine leadership partnering bundles.
• •Manage a team of E/ABPs by setting expectations, providing feedback, coaching, and investing in their development.
• •Requirements Team Management experience and the ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships.
• •A resilient nature and the ability to identify and develop solutions to problems independently.
• •Experience managing teams across offices and timezones is a plus.
