Software Engineer II (Backend, Enterprise)

• •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve foundational systems for WHOOP Enterprise Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs Collaborate with design, analytics, and engineering partners Define and influence technical direction and system architecture Build systems with a strong emphasis on security, privacy, reliability, and correctness Requirements 2+ years of professional software engineering experience Experience building and owning production backend systems and RESTful APIs Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and identity or account management concepts Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL Experience designing and operating services in cloud environments (AWS)
