Founding GTM Recruiter to build and scale the Go-to-Market team.
- •fal is building the generative media ecosystem for AI products.
- •As a Founding GTM Recruiter, you will own full-cycle hiring for GTM, Technical Sales, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and Marketing, and build the systems to make hiring repeatable.
- •Key Responsibilities Run full-cycle search for GTM roles with speed and a high hit rate.
- •Source proactively for candidates in a competitive market.
- •Build the recruiting operating system, including metrics and forecasting.
- •Design role-specific interview loops that predict performance.
- •Partner with GTM leadership on headcount planning and compensation.
- •Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring GTM in high-growth technical companies.
- •Ability to hold credible conversations about technical product sales.
- •Experience building recruiting processes and metrics from scratch.
- •Proficiency with modern recruiting stacks (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted sourcing tools).
- •Experience hiring across levels, from early-career SDRs to VP-level leaders.
