Enterprise Systems Principal Engineer

Lead ERP implementation and enterprise systems roadmap with Odoo as the backbone.

• •Define and own the enterprise systems roadmap, with ERP (Odoo) as the backbone of our operational landscape.
• •Key Responsibilities Define and own the enterprise systems roadmap, with ERP (Odoo) as the backbone of our operational landscape Lead ERP implementation, upgrades and other major system transformations Serve as the strategic digital partner to global organization Manage software procurement, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and license governance Support data centralization and visualization initiatives across systems Lead and develop product/enterprise systems team Requirements Proven experience leading ERP implementations (Odoo, SAP, or comparable systems) Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and integrations (APIs, ETL/ELT, data flows) Working knowledge of Python and SQL Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs Experience managing external vendors and subcontractors Strong systems thinking and problem solving mindset
