- •IonQ, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Quality Inspector III to perform detailed inspections on PCBA, harnessing, and assemblies.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and compliance of electronic components used in IonQ's quantum computing systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Perform detailed receiving, in-process, and final inspections on PCBA, harnessing, and assemblies to IPC Class 3.
- •Review and verify supplier end item data packages including Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), as built BOMs, electrical test reports, and X-rays.
- •Identify and document non conformances, segregate suspect material, and initiate supplier corrective action requests (SCARs).
- •Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure traceability of materials according to AS9100 and customer requirements.
- •Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to resolve discrepancies prior to qualification and customer submission.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience in a regulated industry (aerospace, robotics, medical device, automotive, or equivalent).
- •IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 board inspection certification required.
- •Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items over 40 lbs.
- •Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum, or be eligible to obtain required authorizations due to U.S.
- •Government export regulations (ITAR).
