About the role
TL;DR
Lead strategic procurement for packaging, managing budgets and supply chains.
- •We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Packaging Strategic Procurement team! In this role, you will be a people leader responsible for process improvement and supply chain execution projects across all of our North American brands.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple categories to support the North American Sourcing team.
- •Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage all contract and project functions.
- •Build a robust supply chain to reduce disruption risk and total spend.
- •Be responsible for helping to build and manage brand budgets and execute financial management for respective categories.
- •Lead and document Procurement tasks across the supply chain with clear cross-functional team leadership.
- •Requirements Proven track record handling multi-million dollar contract negotiations.
- •Strong experience in leading and managing teams.
- •Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Legal, or similar). 5+ years of experience as a procurement/sourcing lead.
- •Knowledge of strategic sourcing process/methodologies and ability to read commercial contract language.
