Lead customer success, owning the customer journey and driving strategic account health.

  • Confiant is seeking a senior leader to own the entire customer journey, from trial onboarding to ongoing support and strategic account health.
  • Key Responsibilities Build cohesion across Customer Success, Technical Escalation, and Sales Engineering into a single, accountable team.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, driving strategic account reviews and proactive outreach to protect and grow revenue.
  • Oversee the end-to-end resolution of complex customer issues and partner with Product/Engineering to address underlying gaps.
  • Shape company-wide strategy as a senior voice on the leadership team, bringing a customer-centric perspective.
  • Requirements 10+ years in customer-facing roles in B2B/Enterprise SaaS, with 5+ years managing teams.
  • Comfort operating as a player-coach with strategic and hands-on capabilities.
  • Proven experience setting performance expectations, managing performance, and coaching team members.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and ad tech, with significant background in technically complex product domains.
  • Demonstrated success managing up to senior leaders and C-suite.
