- •We're looking for a HR & Recruiting Lead, APAC to build and run Inferact's talent acquisition engine across Singapore and the broader APAC region.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and run talent acquisition engine across APAC Identify, engage, assess, and close exceptional technical candidates Focus on engineering and AI infrastructure talent, particularly in Singapore Own searches end-to-end, from market mapping to onboarding handoff Work closely with leadership, engineering, and external partners Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years in talent acquisition or technical recruiting Fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills Experience recruiting engineers or technical profiles in APAC Ability to build and manage recruiting pipelines
