  • Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple international markets, owning campaign setup, optimization, budgeting, and creative testing.
  • Build scalable processes, forecasting models, and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end paid campaigns across global markets and platforms (Google, Meta, local).
  • Allocate and monitor budgets; build forecasting and predictive spend tools.
  • Design creative testing frameworks and iterate on high-performing assets.
  • Build scalable processes, dashboards, automation, and QA frameworks.
  • Collect and analyze campaign data; deliver insights to leadership.
  • Requirements Proven experience managing paid advertising across multiple channels and markets.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with creative testing frameworks and continuous optimization.
