- •Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple international markets, owning campaign setup, optimization, budgeting, and creative testing.
- •Build scalable processes, forecasting models, and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end paid campaigns across global markets and platforms (Google, Meta, local).
- •Allocate and monitor budgets; build forecasting and predictive spend tools.
- •Design creative testing frameworks and iterate on high-performing assets.
- •Build scalable processes, dashboards, automation, and QA frameworks.
