About the role
Drive customer success and product adoption for mid-market clients.
- •The Customer Success Associate will act as a trusted advisor for mid-market customers, driving adoption and growth of the Achievers recognition platform over a 12-14 month contract.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive product adoption, host trainings and workshops, and support program rollouts.
- •Establish KPIs, track adoption activities, and manage post-implementation success.
- •Manage revenue pipeline with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- •Provide regular status reports and manage account escalations.
- •Requirements 2+ years account management experience at a SaaS company and bachelor's degree.
- •Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce/force.com) and experience with Excel/PowerPoint.
- •Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and sales pipeline management experience.
