About the role

Lead building and scaling Cognition’s partner ecosystem to drive partner-sourced revenue.

  • Build Cognition’s partner ecosystem from scratch to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
  • Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, onboard, enable, and activate strategic partners (SIs, consultancies, VARs).
  • Define and execute partner strategy and joint go-to-market plans to generate pipeline and closed revenue.
  • Own the full partner lifecycle and support deals alongside partners and sales.
  • Align partner executives, practice leaders, and delivery teams to drive partner-initiated business.
  • Requirements 3+ years experience in partnerships, channel, business development, sales, or strategic alliances.
  • Strong understanding of the partner landscape and channel sales motions.
  • Proven ability to build programs and drive measurable revenue from partners.
