- •Inferact's mission is to grow vLLM as the world's AI inference engine and accelerate AI progress by making inference cheaper and faster.
- •Founded by the creators and core maintainers of vLLM, we sit at the intersection of models and hardware, a position that took years to build.
- •Key Responsibilities Establish Inferact and vLLM's visual identity, brand presence, and developer product experiences.
- •Bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and visual craft, shipping design assets for social media, model launches, and partner announcements.
- •Shape web surfaces, brand identity, internal tooling, and core product interfaces.
- •Build design systems that scale across open-source communities, developer tools, and enterprise platforms.
- •Own core design for enterprise products, refining UI/UX for developer tools and optimizing workflows.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Product Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, typography, layout, visual systems, and interactive UI/UX thinking.
- •AI-native operating style, leveraging AI tools for rapid concept exploration and asset production.
- •High technical taste and fluency, with a track record of designing for developers or complex systems.
- •End-to-end execution capability from idea to polished product mockups.
