Senior Product Counsel

Advise on legal risks and compliance for new features, focusing on AI, privacy, IP, and open-source.

• •ClickHouse seeks a Senior Product Counsel to partner with product and engineering on legal issues across the product lifecycle, focusing on AI, privacy, IP, and open-source compliance.
• •Key Responsibilities Advise product, engineering, and design on legal risks and compliance for new features, especially AI/ML and data privacy.
• •Draft and review technology licensing, integration, and open-source agreements and product legal terms.
• •Partner with Security, Privacy, and GRC on incident response, regulatory reporting, and privacy-by-design.
• •Support IP/trademark protection and legal integration for acquisitions.
• •Requirements Law degree and membership in good standing of a U.S. state bar. 4-8 years of legal experience, mix of Big Law and in-house preferred.
• •Experience in product counsel or product/privacy hybrid roles with strong knowledge of AI/ML, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), open-source licensing, and IP.
