  • The Implementation Coordinator manages client onboarding and adoption of the FinQuery application, ensuring projects run on schedule and clients have a positive first experience.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage customer-facing project services and timelines Coordinate across Sales, Professional Services, Customer Solutions, and Engineering Communicate project status, milestones, and product updates to clients Input client data and train clients on the application Use Salesforce and Milestones to track projects and interactions Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong written and verbal Communication skills Organizational and detail-oriented with Project Management experience preferred 1-2 years client-facing and/or SaaS experience preferred Experience with Salesforce preferred
