• •Lead and scale a high-performing commercial sales organization across APAC to convert pipeline into durable revenue while improving coaching, forecasting, and regional operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop Account Executives across the APAC commercial segment.
• •Drive regional pipeline generation, deal execution and revenue attainment.
• •Build operating cadence for forecasting, pipeline inspection and deal reviews.
• •Hire, ramp and retain talent while partnering cross-functionally to improve conversion.
• •Requirements Significant experience leading SaaS commercial or mid-market sales teams.
• •Understanding of regional nuances across APAC for hiring and pipeline strategy.
• •Proven track record coaching reps and improving forecast quality and revenue.
• •Strong analytical and operational instincts using CRM and pipeline metrics.
