About the role
- •Job Summary: As a collaborative member of our global Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, departments, and geographies—driving searches from kickoff through offer acceptance.
- •This role partners closely with hiring teams to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes while leveraging data, market insights, and structured processes to optimize search performance.
- •As the first member of the Abacus team whom the candidate interacts with, you will be an Ambassador of Abacus’ culture, values, and mission, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
