- •Manage intake, submission, and confirmation of group health insurance enrollments, liaising between customers and carriers to ensure accurate, timely benefits delivery.
- •Key Responsibilities End-to-end enrollment processing and carrier documentation management.
- •Operate carrier portals, Salesforce, and internal systems as carrier liaison.
- •Review eligibility and ensure compliance with carrier standards.
- •Resolve carrier follow-up requests and collaborate cross-functionally.
- •Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- •Requirements 6 months to 2 years professional experience.
- •Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Salesforce.
- •Experience with high-volume data entry and metrics-driven work.
- •Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
