Datadog Sales Engineers help qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners.
- •Datadog Sales Engineers help qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners.
- •They provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations (POCs).
- •They collaborate with the product team to prioritize features based on customer input.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with sales and customer success teams to articulate the Datadog value proposition.
- •Continually learn new technology to build competitive knowledge and credibility.
- •Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing clients.
- •Communicate directly with the product team to collaborate on feature requests.
- •Assist clients with product onboarding and resolve technical challenges.
- •Requirements Minimum 2+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering along with either DevOps/SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- •Knowledgeable and experienced with DevOps monitoring, cloud architecture tools, and modern web development.
