Senior Data Engineer

Build and maintain Gong's scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for analytics and governance.

• •The Senior Data Engineer will build, optimize, and maintain Gong's data infrastructure and core business data pipelines to support analytics and operational needs using a modern cloud data stack.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and real-time).
• •Automate and optimize data workflows, deployment, and monitoring; implement CI/CD for data solutions.
• •Integrate data across multiple sources and maintain secure AWS-based infrastructure.
• •Promote data quality, lineage, governance, and enforce access controls with security teams.
• •Requirements 5+ years experience in data engineering or related roles.
• •Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, ETL/ELT tools (Fivetran, Census, Workato).
• •Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
• •Familiarity with IAM/access control and observability for pipeline performance.
