• •As Bauleiter/Bauingenieur for deconstruction and circular economy you will plan and oversee dismantling projects, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and coordinate stakeholders to enable material reuse and recycling.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction site activities for Rückbau projects.
• •Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• •Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• •Plan logistics for material separation, recovery and circular workflows.
• •Requirements Degree in civil/construction engineering or comparable qualification.
• •Experience in construction site management or deconstruction projects.
• •Knowledge of construction regulations, safety and environmental standards.
• •Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
