  • Osmo is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale its digital growth engine and digital presence across both B2B and consumer-facing touchpoints.
  • Key Responsibilities Own and optimize lifecycle marketing across email and CRM (HubSpot) Oversee paid acquisition across channels (search, paid social, retargeting) Own website performance and optimization (Webflow required) Oversee Osmo's social presence across platforms Own full-funnel reporting
  • from traffic → leads → qualified pipeline → closed-won revenue Requirements 8+ years in digital or growth marketing across B2B2C, DTC, or hybrid environments Highly data-centric
  • comfortable digging into performance data, identifying insights, and using them to drive decisions Strong experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and lifecycle marketing Hands-on experience with Webflow and landing page optimization Deep familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
